Diners Club Advantage
At no additional cost, the company and its cardholders are given access to Advantage, an online business solution system, that allows the interim and monthly invoice to be downloaded into Excel or Printed in PDF format 24/7. By allowing the cardholder, whether it is the company executive or preferred supplier, access to their individual card invoice via Advantage, they are able to assist with the reconciliation process by matching the related supporting documentation to the Invoice in time for payment.

User Profiles on Advantage
User access can be granted in line with company policy and at the discretion of the company administrator. The tiered system allows different users to be created by you – with varying levels of access to account information as below:

Account Administrator
The Account Administrator is able to set up and allocate access to Account users and Account Administrators

Individual Corporate Card user / Account Individual
Individual Corporate Card users are only applicable on corporate accounts as they have access to their Individual Corporate Card invoices

Account user
An Account user would have access to the invoices of only that particular account(s) which has been assigned to him/her

Group user
A Group user has automatic access to the invoices of all the accounts within the group(s) allocated to them

Portfolio user
A Portfolio user would usually be at a ‘high level’ within the organisation. They would not want to see invoices per account but rather would only want to view the Management Information Reports

Travel Agent user
A Travel Agent user would have access to the invoices of pre-specified card numbers/ suffixes as determined by the company. It is at the company’s discretion to allocate access to their Travel Management Company
